The project focused on creating a professional and approachable digital presence that clearly communicates BIA’s mission while making its training programmes easy to understand and navigate. The website is structured around two primary audiences: organisations looking to develop stronger, more confident female talent, and individuals who want to improve their own negotiation capabilities. Corporate negotiation training is presented as a strategic development programme designed to strengthen teams, improve confidence, and support measurable business outcomes. Individual training focuses on real-world negotiation scenarios such as salary discussions, career progression, workplace decisions, and everyday situations. The visual direction combines a refined professional aesthetic with clear typography, strong messaging, structured content sections, and confident calls to action. Special attention was given to responsive design, content hierarchy, user experience, programme presentation, and creating a flexible website structure that can support future courses, resources, events, and business growth.
