Welcome to drh.al. By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are

drh.al is a digital design and development studio based in Albania. Contact: info@drh.al, +355 68 204 1518.

2. Use of the site

• You must be at least 16 years old to submit a project inquiry.
• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, or interfere with normal operation.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, code, design system, case studies and images — is owned by drh.al or its licensors and is protected by Albanian Law No. 35/2016 "On Copyright and Other Related Rights" and applicable international copyright treaties. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

4. Project inquiries and proposals

Submitting a project inquiry does not create a binding contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement (Statement of Work, contract or quotation). Until then, no obligations arise on either side.

5. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Albanian law, drh.al is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tirana, Albania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
